Our mission
Mira carries multiple meanings - peace, rhythm, a state of calm. That's not a coincidence. It's intention.
Movement has always been at the centre of my life, so when it came to creating a space, I knew it had to be more than a studio. More than a class you book and leave. I wanted somewhere you actually feel something - a place designed to nourish your body, settle your mind, and connect you to people who are on the same path.
Mira is built around that idea. Biophilic design that brings the outside in, a community that genuinely shows up for each other, and a programme of movement and events that leaves you feeling full, not depleted.
This is a space to disconnect from the noise, move in a way that feels good, and grow with intention.
Our Values
Move with intention
Every class is built on precise, purposeful movement - never rushed, never generic. We care more about how you feel in your body than how a class looks on paper.
Wellness beyond the mat
Strength is only part of the story. We think about recovery, breath, and nervous system regulation as much as reps - because how you live off the mat shapes how you move on it.
Community not just clients
Mira is designed with you in mind - Small classes, familiar faces, and a studio that becomes part of your week, not just another busy class to slot into your routine.
Meet the founder
Mira started with a simple frustration: overpacked classes, uninspiring spaces, and a workout that felt more like a box to tick than something to look forward to. I wanted more: a space that left people feeling full and nourished, not just finished.
My love for movement has always centred on Mat Pilates. There's something about grabbing your mat and using your own body as the resistance - no machines, no equipment, just flowing movement that challenged my mind and body more than anything else I'd tried. I still love a good machine-based workout, but it was this simplicity that really excited my own movement journey: the idea that everything you need, you already have.
That's what Mira is built to be. A place where friends, family, and our wider community find real belonging, where movement is rewarding, connections are genuine, and every class meets you as an individual. My vision is for Mira to be more than a studio: somewhere people come together, grow, and learn from one another.
