Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 August 2026
Welcome to Mira. These terms apply when you book classes, buy packs, or hold a membership with Mira Studio, a trading name of AOC Studios Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17107867), registered office 90 Christchurch Road, London SW14 7AX. Our studio is at 11 Wyfold Studios, Fulham, London SW6 6SE. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Questions? Email hello@mirastudio.london.
Booking and payment
All bookings are made through our booking system, Momence, with payments processed securely by Stripe.
Payment is taken at the time of booking. Classes, packs, and memberships must be paid for in advance.
Prices are as shown on our website and may change from time to time; the price you pay is the one shown at the time of your booking.
A space is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Class packs and drop-ins
Drop-in classes are for a single class and must be used within one month of purchase.
Class packs are valid for the period stated at purchase — currently: Intro offer (3 classes, valid 3 weeks); 10-class pack (valid 3 months). Any unused classes expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Packs are for the named individual only and cannot be shared.
Memberships
Standard monthly memberships (The Eight, The Twelve, The Unlimited) roll month to month and can be cancelled at any time by giving notice before your next billing date. Cancel by emailing hello@mirastudio.london or through your account.
The Year (annual) is paid once and grants unlimited classes for twelve months from activation. It is non-refundable once started.
Founding memberships are offered at a special rate on the condition of a 24-month minimum term, in exchange for the reduced price. By joining as a Founding Member you agree to this commitment.
Memberships are personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred.
We may adjust standard membership prices with at least one month's notice; your Founding rate is protected for your locked term.
Cancelling a class booking
You can cancel or reschedule a class up to 12 hours before it starts and keep your class credit or membership booking.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, and no-shows, will be charged — the class credit is forfeited, or for members, a late-cancellation fee may apply.
This policy exists because our classes are small and a late cancellation means someone else missed the space.
Refunds
Memberships, packs, and drop-ins are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
If we cancel a class and can't offer a suitable alternative, we'll credit or refund that class.
If you have a genuine medical reason preventing you from attending, contact us — we'll always try to be fair.
Class etiquette
Please arrive a few minutes early. For everyone's safety and to avoid disruption, we may not be able to admit latecomers once a class has begun.
Please let us know about any injuries, conditions, or pregnancy before class so your instructor can support you.
Health, fitness and liability
Please read this section carefully.
By attending, you confirm you are in good physical health and able to take part in physical exercise. If you have any doubt, please consult your doctor before booking.
You agree to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, disabilities, or pregnancy that may affect your participation, before each class, and to follow your instructor's guidance.
You take part in classes and use our facilities at your own risk. Exercise carries inherent risks, and you are responsible for working within your own limits and stopping if you feel unwell.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mira is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered in connection with your use of our classes or facilities, except where caused by our negligence.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to the studio; please keep valuables with you.
Age
Our classes are for adults aged 18 and over.
Changes to schedule and pricing
We may change our class schedule, instructors, or pricing. We'll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
Occasionally we may need to cancel a class (for example, low bookings or instructor illness); if we do, we'll let you know as early as possible and credit or refund that class.
General
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be on this page.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.
